I have been hive free for 5 months

I had to share my frustration with those that understand 😢 i have been hive free for 5 months. Ive been controlled with xoliar for last 2 years (4years since began now) Weaning of xoliar from 300 every 4 weeks to 150 every 6 weeks. This is the 3rd time ive been going great on 150 for a couple rounds only to have a stupid hive make another appearance.
I almost forgot i ever had to deal with this. I think theres a chance of true remission and just as i go to stop taking xoliar..that old familiar angry red welt started so small but will prob consume my whole leg by tonight.
As long as no puff eyes or hives on feet tomorrow ill be happy. We all know those are the worst!! Urticaria rant over Keep on smiling

Pamela Vance Wollam Yes, mine came back as well. But what a wonderful 5 mo of no hives, swelling, or meds! Back on heavy doses and itchy. It’s hard to go back.

Jo Pitts its so soul crushing seeing it return and remembering the pain! I hope i can go and get a xoliar shot asap. I have horrible joint pain in my shoulder which i take pain relief for in the past codiene has made me flare, the last week ive been on tremadole wondering if thats the trigger or just because im on my last week before due for xoliar again.
