It’s super itchy and painful

So today is not a good day! Woke up like this! It’s super itchy and painful especially on my feet which are covered today, I have it in other places as well but yeah. No idea how I’m gonna manage at work today but waking up like this is so hard to deal with lately. It just doesn’t seem to be getting better, my allergists told me to carry on eating normal and doing my normal things but this makes it all a bit difficult at times 😞 just seem to have them questions why us? Why me?
