The problems that were caused by Urticaria

This is now what I take before I go to bed. 8 tablets!! Was 10 but upped my doses so taking less tablets but stronger ones. And I take up to 6 during the day. So draining to have to take that many tablets a day and to remember them all 😩 it still doesn’t get rid of my CU still covered in hives
