Breakfast – this is Buckwheat cereal it’s similar to oatmeal and I eat this most days for my breakfast I add collagen protein powder honey and finally add milk or rice milk (mix it all up)and it doesn’t make me itch. I know we are all different but I wanted to let you guys know what works for me in case you’re looking for breakfast ideas.
