who take Xolair shots did you start to get some relief?

Hello! I have a question for those who take Xolair. After how many shots did you start to get some relief? My fiancé has had two shots so far and he is having several outbreaks over his body. He currently has it on his head and they are just clusters of small bumps. To me it looks more like rashes than hives. He has to pay $150 each time and is contemplating whether he should keep going. Any information is very much appreciated!
